Doug focuses on trauma related issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, and life adjustment difficulties. He maintains a holistic approach incorporating cognitive, experiential, and mindfulness based approaches. He has also been working in addictions counseling for the past five years.
As a therapist, Doug enjoys “providing the opportunity to genuinely relate with others in safe, non-judgmental way. I find it meaningful helping others build trust and take emotional risks, opening up to greater understanding and acceptance of self.”
