Maybe it was a difficult decision to think about asking for help due to stigma or fear. It has been my experience that even the strongest people need help sometimes. Whether you are under a lot of stress, are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, are suffering from PTSD or self esteem issues, you do not have to do it alone.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelors and Masters Degree at Gannon University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am certified in Biofeedback which can be used to treat anxiety, depression, weight loss, chronic pain, hypertension, and athlete performance enhancement. I have training in TF- CBT, CPT, anxiety/OCD, mood disorders, and depression.

I began my career working in the medical field and understand how the human body responds to mental health symptoms and vise versa. I use an eclectic approach in therapy because not everyone has the same problems or responds to the same type of treatment. Lets work toward having better mental and physical health together.
