You’re looking for a local venue–maybe for a corporate event, a yoga class, or a baby shower, and we have 3 very different spaces. Each space is equipped with everything you need to host successful gatherings for your clients, company, or team.

But first, what is Thrive Therapy Space? Thrive is a coworking space for wellness providers where we work collaboratively and share offices, a waiting room, printers & coffee machines, and three event spaces. If you’re on this page, it’s not because you want to become a member of our coworking space, rather it’s to look for a meeting room,  private party venue or event space.  

  • Our large Studio Space (935 sq ft) is big enough for a meeting, yet intimate enough for a creative event or holiday party.
  • Our Conference/Group Room (242 sq ft) has a smart TV and large white board–perfect for a meeting space, group therapy, or small training.
  • Our Gathering Space (565 sq ft) is where our Thrive Therapy Space members gather for collaboration and support. With its adjoining kitchenette, it could be the private event space that’s just right for you and your group.

"Studio Space" Rental

Thrive’s Studio Space provides unlimited opportunities for programming, from weekly classes to workshops and mini retreats—its potential is bounded only by your creativity. The ambiance is tranquil and serene, enhanced by two large skylights that bathe the space in natural light.

Thrive’s Conference/Group Room is the right size for a focus group, training, or group therapy session. It’s neutral decor is tasteful and warm.

"Gathering Space" Rental

Thrive’s Gathering Space is the perfect size for your next open house or small party. It’s a comfortable yet professional venue, has a kitchenette adjacent, and is often reserved with the Conference/Group Room (food/drinks are placed in the Conference room, and guests visit in the Gathering Space.)

FAQs

  • Is there a setup and cleanup service provided, or is that my responsibility?
    • You must tidy up and leave the space arranged how you found it. A $50 cleaning fee is included with your rental, an additional $50 will be charged when extra cleaning is needed.
  • How much time is allocated for setup and cleanup before and after the rental period?
    • 15 minutes is automatically allocated both before and after the rental period.
  • Is the parking free for all guests, and is there ample space for larger groups? 
    • The parking is free for all guests. There is ample parking (140 spaces) after 5pm weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday. From 9am-5pm weekdays, there is space for 80-90 cars.
  • Are the spaces and restrooms fully ADA compliant? 
    • yes.
  • Are there any security measures in place during the event?
    • The building has exterior and interior (main hallway) cameras. 
  • Is there an emergency contact or onsite support available during the event?
    • There is onsite support most weekdays 9-5. Emergency contact is 814-323-5869.
  • Are there any restrictions on bringing outside food and beverages?
    • No alcoholic beverages unless you 1) provide business or event insurance with Thrive Therapy Space as a ‘named insured,’ and 2) use one of the following caterers to serve the alcohol.
  • Is catering available, and if so, what are the options? 
  • Are there any restrictions on decorating the space?
    • Please decorate in a way that doesn’t damage carpeting or painted surfaces.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a space?

    • A week out is preferred, but we may be able to make an exception depending on availability. 
  • Is there an online calendar to check availability?
    • Yes, please contact us for access.
  • What is the booking process like? Can it be done online?
    • Our booking process is under testing, so please contact us (using this form) and we will book for you.
  • Is a deposit required to secure the booking?
    • Yes, 50%. We will email you a link where you can pay the deposit.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Cancellations made 8 or more days in advance incur no charges, and the hours remain valid for the 3-month period from the date of purchase. 
    • Cancellations made 7 or fewer days in advance lose half of the deposit (which is 25% of the full rental amount), and the hours remain valid for the 3-month period from the date of purchase.
  • How do I qualify for the ‘Partner’ membership rate?
    • Join Thrive Therapy Space! The lowest membership level, Partner 0, has many benefits and costs just $75/month.
  • Are there any discounts for booking multiple spaces or recurring events?
    • Yes, you can purchase ‘bundles’ of hours. For example, if you’d like to use an event space for an hour every week, you can purchase 6 or 8 or 12 “1-hour” classes. Alternatively, if you’d like to host a workshop in our space, you could purchase a 2-hour or 4-hour block of time.
  • Are there any additional costs for using the provided equipment like the smart TV or conference microphone?
    • No. These are available only in the Conference/Group Room.
  • What kind of kitchenette facilities are available (e.g., fridge, microwave, utensils)?
    • The kitchenette adjoins the Gathering Space and has a sink, fridge, microwave, Keurig w/coffee, and some serving plates/serving utensils. 
  • Are there any additional supplies or equipment that can be rented? No.
  • Are there any reviews or testimonials from previous clients that I can read?

  • Are there any additional charges or fees not listed in the pricing section?
    • An additional $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if the space isn’t left clean (garbage in garbage cans, spills or messes cleaned up, decorations taken down, the room arranged in a tidy fashion). 
  • What happens if the event runs longer than expected?
    • Please email us afterwards to let us know and you’ll be assessed the hourly rate for the time over. We appreciate your honesty! The extra income helps this small business afford our monthly expenses.
  • Will there be a formal rental agreement or contract?
    • Yes. 
  • What terms and conditions apply to the rental?
    • You agree to return the room tidy and arranged as it was when you arrived; ensure your guests are respectful to other guests and to the event space and building; pay for the entire time you are in the room; have a good time building connections and relationships during your event.

Which event space do you hope to book? *

Our Studio Space is 935 sq/ft and can be set up with tables & chairs or left largely empty for yoga mats or dance or other movement. It can accommodate up to 50 chairs or 25 yoga mats.

Our Conference/Group Room is 242 sq/ft and can seat 9 meeting-style (around a table) or 20 in rows. This room includes a smart TV, large white board, and a conference speaker. Can be reserved with the Gathering Space as they are connected via double doors.

Our Gathering Space is 565 sq/ft, includes a kitchenette, and can 35 in rows or 15-20 in living room style seating. Can be reserved with the Conference/Group Room, as they are connected via double doors.
