Regina currently works at Barber Behavioral Health and FBMH where she sees children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing stuckness related to challenges in relationships, development, or their emotional well being.
She uses an eclectic approach that utilizes a variety of techniques from evidenced based practices to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, sexualized behaviors, and self-harm. She is passionate about assisting clients with developing resilience to recover from adversities and adverse life experiences.
As a therapist, Regina enjoys “helping clients navigate through challenges and assisting them in discovering the light to conquer the darkness. I also enjoy building a therapeutic relationship with clients to help promote healing.”
She is excited to be a part of the Thrive community for the support, collaboration, and networking.
