Stephanie has 10 years of experience supporting adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and depression. You might find yourself thinking, “Logically I know this, but I still can’t stop feeling this way.” Even when you have insight into what’s happening, it can still feel difficult to shift the emotional patterns that keep certain reactions in place. Stephanie helps clients slow down, understand their experiences more deeply, and move toward greater self-compassion and clarity.
Her approach blends practical tools, including ACT-based strategies, to help you relate differently to your thoughts and emotions and experience relief in the short term. She also integrates deeper, attachment-focused work such as EMDR and parts work to support meaningful, lasting change and healing from earlier experiences.
Stephanie’s style is warm, relational, and down-to-earth. She offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly, with room for humor when it feels helpful. She believes healing happens within safe, supportive relationships and brings an authentic, human presence into her work, welcoming you to do the same.
